Shri Bhagwan Singh rolsabsar - fourth Sanghpramukh

Honorable Bhagwan Singh Rolsahabsar, fourth Sangh Pramukh of Shri Kshatriya yuvak Sangh, was born on 2nd February 1944 in the Rolsahabsar village of Fatehpur tehsil in Sikar district. He was the fifth child of Shri Megh Singh Ji. Smt. Gom Kanwar was his Mother. His father passed away a few days before his birth. He received primary education in his village till 1955, after that he got his matriculation from Chamdia College Fatehpur and Pre University from Ruia College, Ramgarh, Shekhawati in 1960. In 1961, he joined Lohia college Churu. His first camp in Shri KYS was a seven-day training camp held in 1961 in Ratangarh. At that time he came into contact with revered Tan Singh Ji and left Churu at his behest and went to Jaipur for further studies. After attending another seven-day training camp in Ratangarh in 1963 he became active as a dedicated volunteer of Sangh. He took the responsibility of Shakha in Rajput hostel Jaipur and completed his graduation while staying in the hostel. In 1964-65, he started to live in Delhi in revered Tan Singh Ji’s guardianship who was an MP that time. When revered Tan Singh Ji started business in Siwana (Barmer) then he became his primary associate and started living with him. During this period, he got married to the daughter of Thakur Tej Singh Ji of Siwana. Here he received continuous attention, guidance and propinquity of revered Tan Singh Ji and revered Narayan Singh Ji. After the demise of revered Tan Singh Ji in December, 1979 he continued to revere Shri Narayan Singh Ji same as Tan Singh Ji and had been with him. When ’Yogic’ phenomenons started to happen in Narayan Singh Ji’s life and he physically distanced himself from the activities of Sangh, responsibility of the same shifted gradually towards Shri Bhagwan Singh Ji. Informally, responsibility of conducting various activities of Sangh fell on his shoulders. After the demise of revered Narayan Singh Ji in October 1989, the profound responsibility of Sangh Pramukh fell upon him. On one side was the absence of physical guidance from revered Tan Singh Ji and Narayan Singh Ji and on the other side he had the experience of their guidance and proximity of 28 years. As soon as he became Sangh Pramukh, he traveled from the eastern end of Rajasthan to the seashore located at the western end of Gujarat to establish personal contact with each and every volunteer of the Sangh. The number of training camps and ‘Shakhas’ increased exponentially. He unveiled the distinguished enormity of Shri Kshatriya Yuvak Sangh on the day of Sangh’s golden jubilee on 22 December, 1996. Confined to men of the society till then, Sangh now reached out to the women and girls. Training camps for girls started to be organized. With that Sangh entered into the families and ‘Dampati Shivir’ (camps for married couples) started. Through grand ceremonial events, revered Tan Singh Ji’s dream Shri Kshatriya Yuvak Sangh started to manifest itself. Permanent offices of the Sangh were established at Jaipur, Jodhpur, Barmer, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Kuchaman and Surendranagar in Gujarat. An ideal camp site of Sangh was developed in Barmer as ‘Alok Aashram’. A new project for girls education namely ‘Durga Mahila Shikshan Sansthan’ started in Sikar. Work-sphere of Sangh extended beyond Gujarat and Rajasthan to Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and to the southern states of India. Till June 2020, he has attended a total of 330 camps of Shri KYS. Due to the influence of the Sangh, society also begin to have various expectations from it. As Sanghpramukh he understood those expectations and started the efforts towards fulfillment of the same. Emerged as a guardian for the people of the community in politics and an effort to connect the politicians of the community to the common people of the society is made in the form of ‘Shri Pratap Foundation’ which is actively working in the society. Apart from this various initiatives are being taken to connect different sections of the society to the mainstream of Sangh by understanding their hopes and expectations. By contacting various leading social and cultural organizations of the nation, he has made the impression of the Sangh through his astounding personality. In the meantime, he came into contact with Swami Adgadanand Ji Maharaj, the author of ‘Yatharth Geeta’ and in his guidance, the true form of spirituality is being explained by him to the volunteers of Sangh. He is delivering the message of revered Swami Ji from the entire western border region to the Kolkata in east and to far south through his contacts. Thus, since 1989, revered Bhagwan Singh Ji has been working tirelessly to guide and direct the entire society through the ideal leadership of Shri KYS. He is an unblemished and unattached mentor for each of his companion and driving them towards the ultimate goal of the life. On 4th July 2021, he rendered the formal responsibility of Sanghpramukh to Shri Laxman Singh Bainyakabas while taking the responsibility of Mentor and Guardian of Sangh.
